The Department for Combating Economic Crimes, under the General Prosecutor's Office, revealed that seven Hotdogger mobile sales outlets in Tashkent were illicitly connected to the electricity networks.
It highlighted the individuals responsible for "L.S.G." LLC and others commercially linked these seven Hotdogger mobile sales outlets to the public electricity grid in densely populated areas of Mirabad, Mirzo Ulugbek, Chilonzor, Yakkasaroy, and Yashnabad districts, totaling 1.1 billion sous. The unauthorized use of electricity was detected.
A criminal investigation has been initiated under Article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code, and the inquiry is ongoing.
A noteworthy incident is the theft of 568.5 tons of gas condensate fuel in the Nishan district of the Kashkadarya region.
