The video showcases the moment when five girders of an under-construction overpass near the Tashkent International Airport collapsed, as shared on social networks.
In the video, one can observe a segment of the 42-meter beams crushing a truck. As the beams fell, people in the vicinity rushed to the scene, inspecting beneath the beams and the truck cabin.
We would like to remind you that on August 12 of this year, five beams of the under-construction overpass near the Tashkent airport collapsed simultaneously. A criminal case has been initiated, leading to the arrest of three officials. The collapse of these five 42-meter sections resulted in damages amounting to 2 billion 760 million soums.
