Fire breaks out in a newly constructed building in Tashkent

Today, July 23, a fire broke out in a newly constructed building in Tashkent. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

At 12:35 p.m., the Fire and Rescue Service was informed about the incident occurring in the newly constructed building located on Sh. Rashidov Street, Yunusobod District, Tashkent. Accordingly, six fire rescue crews immediately arrived at the scene of the fire.

The fire on the roof of the building was extinguished at 12:56 p.m. As a result of the fire, the construction materials on the roof of the building were damaged.

"Thanks to the quick efforts of the firefighters, the fire was prevented from spreading and extinguished in a short time. The main building was not damaged. The cause of the fire and the amount of material damage are being determined," the report said.

No one was injured or killed as a result of the fire.
