Teen hits student with his brother's car in Tashkent (video)

An 18-year-old boy hit an 11th-grade student with his brother’s Malibu in the Tashkent region on September 2, the regional Road Traffic Safety department reported.

According to the report, the accident occurred around 09:30 in the “Sergeli” neighborhood of Quyichirchiq district on an internal road. The 2007-born individual, who is not a student and does not have a driver’s license, was driving his brother’s Malibu and struck the 2008-born 11th-grade student while moving the vehicle.

Authorities reported that the pedestrian did not sustain any injuries in the incident. The vehicle has been impounded at a tow yard, and the Quyichirchiq district Internal Affairs department’s Road Traffic Safety unit is conducting an investigation.

It is worth noting that earlier, a traffic accident between a Nexia and a Lacetti resulted in the death of the Lacetti driver in Denov city, Surkhandarya region. The individual responsible for the accident, born in 2006, did not have a driver's license.
