The ZIL truck of a citizen who dumped garbage in an unspecified place in Tashkent for the second time will be confiscated. This information was reported by the Ministry of Ecology.

A surveillance camera, installed in one of the apartments in the area, captured construction waste spilling into the river flowing through the Karasaray neighborhood of Tashkent district. During the investigation conducted by the employees of the Department of Ecology of Tashkent region, it was discovered that A.T., a resident of this neighborhood, had dumped construction waste in an unmarked location using a ZIL truck.

As a result, it was determined that A.T. had previously committed a similar offense, and on September 7, he was held administratively responsible and fined 1,650,000 soums. Just 8 days later, it came to light that the citizen had committed a repeat offense.

According to Article 91(1) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (regarding the disposal of solid household waste, construction waste in unspecified places, and the dumping of liquid household waste), a repeated offense within a year results in the confiscation of the offending vehicle.

Consequently, A.T.'s truck was impounded and placed in the penalty area for temporary storage. Necessary documents are currently being gathered for the confiscation process, and a lawsuit is being prepared for submission to the court.
