Today, June 13, a traffic accident involving three cars occurred in Tashkent, as reported by the Traffic Safety Department of Tashkent City MDIA.
The incident happened at 1:00 AM on Bunyodkor Street in the Chilonzor district. The collision involved a Malibu-2 driven by M.A., born in 1997, a Lacetti driven by A.Z., born in 1992, and a Lada driven by P.L., born in 1991.
The driver of the Malibu-2 died at the scene from injuries sustained in the accident.
"In response to this incident, the Investigative Department of the MDIA of Tashkent City has initiated a criminal case under Article 266, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The investigation is ongoing," the report stated.
We remind you that on June 9, six people were killed in a tragic accident in the Navoi region.
