During the past 11 months in Tashkent, 94 traffic accidents involving buses were reported

The meeting delved into the causes of these 94 road accidents involving buses over the past 11 months. Among them, 34 accidents were attributed to bus drivers' faults. Additionally, videos showcasing fines imposed on drivers for traffic rule violations were presented.

Furthermore, the session examined complaints from citizens and passengers, resulting in specific directives issued to drivers and ticket collectors. They were instructed to maintain courteous behavior towards passengers along the routes, strictly adhere to passenger transportation regulations, and refrain from using phones while driving.

Concluding the meeting, 11 bus drivers who demonstrated exemplary service, garnered positive feedback from passengers, and were rated with 5-star evaluations via special QR codes affixed to the buses, were honored. The chairman of the board awarded them with certificates of honor and monetary rewards, as mentioned in the statement.
