Foreigners were arrested for setting up drug laboratory in Tashkent region

Citizens of Ukraine and Azerbaijan who established a drug laboratory in Tashkent region, and those who set up a drug store in Tashkent city, were arrested. This was reported by the State Security Service.

It was noted that 411 grams of the synthetic narcotic drug Alfa-PVP, about 7 kilograms of semi-finished narcotic substances, and 237 kilograms of precursors were found in an apartment in the Yuqori Chirchiq district of Tashkent region, where a citizen of Ukraine, born in 1998, and a citizen of Azerbaijan, born in 2001, were temporarily living. They had set up a secret drug laboratory at this location and were engaged in the preparation and sale of synthetic drugs using raw materials imported from abroad.

In Tashkent city, a person born in 1985, living in the Sergeli district of the capital, was caught while receiving 4 kg 799 g of the synthetic drug "Alfa-PVP," sent from a neighboring republic by an international passenger bus. It was found that he was acting as a warehouse for a drug store operating on Telegram.

In a second case in the capital, a resident of the Yunusobod district, born in 1999, hid 584 grams of "hashish" under an electric transformer located near his apartment for later sale. The narcotic drug was obtained in a procedural order. He also established a drug store on Telegram and was engaged in the sale of imported drugs.

Currently, criminal cases have been initiated in relation to all three incidents, and preventive measures in the form of imprisonment have been applied to them.
