Donkey Neat discovered in canal in Tashkent region (video)

Reports on social media revealed that the entrails and bones of 13 donkeys were found dumped in a canal in the Akkurgan district of Tashkent region. The district administration has responded to the incident.

The discovery was made in the "Kurgantepa" municipal district of Akkurgan. Authorities are taking steps to identify the individuals responsible, conducting interviews with local residents and neighborhood officials. A working group has been established to investigate the matter.

According to Bobur Tulaganov, press secretary of the Main Department of Internal Affairs, the Tashkent region's Internal Affairs Department has taken control of the situation. Three individuals have been named as suspects, and preliminary investigative measures are underway.

"Currently, additional investigations and disinfection efforts are being carried out by employees of the Quarantine Activities Organization Unit, in collaboration with partner organizations, regarding this case, which was discovered in Akkurgan district and exposed in Ahangaran," Tulaganov stated.

For reference, earlier in Bukhara, an individual who severed the ear of a neighbor's donkey was sentenced to 15 days in prison.
