The Head of the Health Department of Tashkent Region was Appointed

Ulugbek Abduganiyev has been appointed as head of the Health Department of the Tashkent region, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Health

Abduganiyev who graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy in 2008, began his career as a surgeon-physician at the multidisciplinary central polyclinic of Bekobod district.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including surgeon at the adult admission and surgery departments of the Republic Emergency Medical Research Center, doctor at the surgical department of the 3rd clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, head of the medical association in Bekobod district, and deputy head of the Health Department of the Tashkent region.

Before his recent appointment, the 39 year old Abduganiyev worked as a branch chief specialist in the Secretariat of Education, Health and Sports Affairs at the Cabinet of Ministers.
