In Tatarstan, an intoxicated Uzbek man swam in a prohibited area of a city beach and drowned. This was reported by "Tatarstan24".
It was noted that the incident took place on the "Kama" beach in the city of Nizhnekamsk. Since July 7, the beach had been closed due to poor water quality, but despite the ban, the man entered the water and did not return.
"The search for the man's body continues. Divers are searching for the Uzbek citizen at a depth of about 8 meters, but strong currents may have carried the body away from the scene," the report stated.
It is worth mentioning that earlier in Russia, an Uzbek man drowned while trying to take a selfie in the water.
