The procedure for transferring students from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to state universities has been updated. Under Government Resolution No. 299 of June 11 this year, the administrative regulation on providing the public service for transferring students from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to state higher education institutions was approved.

According to the regulation, the Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Competencies has been designated as the authorized state body in this area.

Students may submit applications every year from July 15 to August 5 through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal, the agency’s special electronic platform or public service centers.

Failure to submit all required documents, detection of incorrect or falsified information, or failure to make the required payment on time will serve as grounds for rejecting an application.

Submitted documents will be reviewed from July 15 to August 6, and a decision will be made on whether to accept or reject the application. Students will be notified through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal or the special platform.

In addition, QR-coded exam results for transfer applications will be provided to applicants within one week after the exams are completed.

Earlier, it was reported that students who completed their studies in a foreign language in Uzbekistan would not be required to submit a foreign language certificate at the next stage.
