Those who brutally killed a porcupine in Surkhandarya were fined

Earlier, we reported that Uzbekistan citizens had brutally killed some porcupines that were attracted to an area.   The "Ecological Patrol" group, consisting of the state bodies of the Committee on Ecology and Environmental Cleaning and the Internal Affairs, provided information about the study and the results.

In the studies, they address where the incident took place and the individual involved was identified.

Citizens living in the "Shabnam" neighborhood citizen's gathering, Sariosiyo district O'. Ya. and D.S.  He hunted gazelles in the mountainous hills near the village of Hisorak.  It is reported that the incident happened 4 years ago.

Citizens violated the requirements of Articles 42 of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Production and Downloading of Animal World" and Articles 17 and 27 of the law "On Hunting and Hunting". 

According to part 1 of the 90th edition of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Administrative Security", a fine of 3 million soms and 1 million 800 thousand soms for the damage caused to nature.
