A citizen who cut down 16 trees in Bukhara was fined

A man who cut down 16 trees in Bukhara was fined.  This was reported by the press service of the Regional Department of Ecology.

It is noted that on February 4 of this year, 16 trees and bushes were cut down by the citizen Q.Q in the area where the construction of a multi-storey house was planned between 3/7 Pridastgir street and 14 Alpomish street in Bukhara city.  After that, documents were submitted to the Bukhara City Prosecutor’s Office due to the presence of signs of a crime in this offense.

According to Article 79, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, a fine of 1,350,000 soums and damage to nature of 259 million soums were calculated for the offense committed by the citizen against Q.Q, and the documents were presented to the court.
