Part of the road passing through the “Kamchik” pass is temporarily closed

A section of the international highway A-373 passing through the "Kamchik" pass has been temporarily closed. This information was reported by the Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It was reported that today, on September 27th, repair work began on the "Ohangaronsoy" bridge at the 221st kilometer of the A-373 highway passing through the "Kamchik" pass. As a result, the Tashkent-Vadiy direction of this road has been temporarily closed and divided into two using concrete barriers, with opposite directions established.

"Appropriate signs have been installed to warn drivers, indicate directions, and ensure traffic safety. Additionally, to ensure safety at night, lights have been installed along the temporarily established routes, and measures have been taken to illuminate directional signs," the report stated.

Furthermore, the Road Traffic Safety Service has urged all drivers to exercise caution, avoid speeding, adhere to the instructions of traffic regulators, and follow the guidance provided by road signs and markings.
