Fake trainers are being held accountable

In Uzbekistan, responsibility is determined for those who practice fake coaching to earn money. UzA reported about it.

It is reported that now it is expected to regulate the activities of individuals who are conducting various webinars and seminar training with announcements such as "Get rich quick" and "I will teach you how to make easy money". In this regard, at the initiative of the “Milliy Tiklanish" democratic party, a draft law on the regulation of educational activities was developed and considered in the first reading. During the discussions, the draft law was adopted.

Also, in the new draft law, with the additions to the Code of Administrative Responsibility intended to regulate this activity, responsibility is determined for persons who do not have special knowledge and experience or who do not have the right to work.

Also, the Law "On Education" defines the concept of educational activity and specifies the requirements for the implementation of this activity. The category of persons prohibited from conducting educational activities is being defined.
