Shuhrat Maqsudov, the director of Tashkent's "Pakhtakor" club, has been fined for his inappropriate behavior towards officials from Namangan's "Navbahor" club during a recent match.

The disciplinary committee of the Football Association of Uzbekistan reported that Maqsudov used insulting language and caused a disruption following the first half of the Cup of Uzbekistan semifinal match between "Pakhtakor" and "Navbahor Falcons."

The incident occurred in the corridor beneath the stands, where Maqsudov confronted the officials of the visiting team. In light of his actions, the disciplinary committee imposed a fine as a disciplinary measure.

Additionally, the committee has announced fines and expulsion penalties for over 20 officials across the country's premier leagues.

"The disciplinary committee emphasized the importance of professionalism, urging all coaches, players, referees, and officials to maintain composure and serve as positive role models for the youth," the report states.
