Shakhobiddin Zoirov may win $1 million (video)

Today, December 6, the International Boxing Association (IBA) will host a boxing event in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, featuring Uzbekistan’s Olympic champion Shakhobiddin Zoirov.
At the face-off ceremony yesterday, December 5, IBA President Umar Kremlyov announced that any boxer who secures a knockout victory before the fifth round in the upcoming fights will be awarded $1 million.
The 31-year-old Zoirov, who remains undefeated with a record of five professional wins, will face Venezuelan boxer Yoel Rivas. The 10-round bout will determine the winner of the IBA Pro belt.
For context, Zoirov’s opponent, 28-year-old Rivas, also has an unblemished professional record, with three victories to date.
