Serbian coach Lazarević signs one-year contract with Kyzylkum

Serbian football coach Nikola Lazarević has been appointed as the new head coach of Navoi's Kyzylkum football club, according to the club's press service.
The 46-year-old Serbian specialist, familiar to Uzbek football fans, signed a one-year contract with the club. This marks Lazarević's return to Kyzylkum, where he previously served as head coach in 2022. Under his leadership, Kyzylkum achieved a historic 5th place finish in the Uzbekistan Championship with one of the strongest squads in the club's history.
Lazarević brings extensive experience to the team, having worked as both head coach and assistant coach in clubs across Tajikistan, China, and other countries. His career highlights include winning the Tajikistan championship and cup.
Kyzylkum hopes that Lazarević's return will lead to further success in the upcoming season.
