Violent Incident at Tashkent Nightclub (Video)

A video circulating on social media shows a man being injured and collapsing after an altercation. The Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs has stated the incident.

According to the report, on March 16 at around 2:30 AM, a dispute broke out at a restaurant in the Yakkasaroy district. A customer, A.Sh., born in 1995, got into an argument with his acquaintance, Kh.A., born in 1985. During the altercation, B.A., born in 1990, attempted to intervene but was struck by A.Sh., resulting in injuries.

As a result, V.A. was hospitalized with a diagnosis of “brain injury, torn cheek wound on the right side, and alcohol intoxication.”

The Yakkasaroy District Police Department’s Investigation Unit has opened a criminal case under Article 277 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. Investigations are ongoing, and a legal decision will be made upon their conclusion.

As a reminder, a previous incident in Fergana involved a group of individuals attacking a citizen with an axe, leaving the victim with moderate injuries, according to preliminary forensic findings.
