Sardor Umurzoqov meets with Kvirikashvili and Chakrabarti

28702Sardor Umurzoqov, Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Special Affairs, met with Suma Chakrabarti, Advisor to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Economic Development, Effective Management, and International Cooperation. Chakrabarti shared this update on his page on the X platform.
It has been reported that Suma Chakrabarti was also seen with the former Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili. He referred to Umurzoqov and Kvirikashvili as two reformers.
"This evening, we had an excellent dialogue with Sardor Umurzoqov, the President's Advisor on Special Affairs, and Giorgi Kvirikashvili, the former Prime Minister of Georgia. Both reformers have made significant contributions to their respective countries," wrote Chakrabarti.
For reference, Umurzoqov, who was appointed Head of the Presidential Administration on July 16, 2022, by the relevant decree of the head of state, held this position until August 2023. In August of the previous year, the position of Head of the Presidential Administration was abolished, and Sardor Umurzoqov was appointed as the President's Advisor on Special Affairs.
It is worth noting that it was previously reported that Umurzoqov had embarked on a Hajj pilgrimage.
