In the Kinelski district of Russia's Samara region, the bus veered off the Ural-Mukhanovo highway and overturned, as per the region's Ministry of Internal Affairs press release.

The report stated that the driver of the Scania bus selected a speed on the 26th kilometer of the Ural-Mukhanovo highway that compromised road safety, leading to the vehicle leaving the road and flipping over.

According to officials, two passengers lost their lives in the accident, while the remaining ten were hospitalized.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs' General Directorate revealed that the bus was registered in Kazakhstan and was transporting Uzbek citizens to Nijny Novgorod.

It's worth noting that on April 3, eight Uzbek citizens perished in an accident on the Samara-Shymkent highway near Marjonbuloq village in Kazakhstan's Aqtobe region. Following President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's directive, a special plane was dispatched to Kazakhstan on April 4 to repatriate the bodies of the victims. By April 5, at 03:00, the bodies had been brought back to the Surkhandarya region.
