Uzbek nationals who died in Russian traffic accidents will be returned to Uzbekistan

The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan has confirmed that two citizens of Uzbekistan, who died in a traffic accident in the Penza region of Russia, will be repatriated to Uzbekistan.

The victims were identified as R.I.E., born in 1980, and B.Kh.T., born in 1996. The accident occurred on November 10 at 4:00 a.m. on the M-5 Ural federal highway, where their vehicle crashed, resulting in the immediate deaths of three individuals.

Additionally, two other Uzbek nationals who sustained injuries were transferred to the 6th Central Clinical Hospital of Penza for specialized medical treatment.

"A meeting was held with the doctors of the medical institution, constant communication was established, and information on his condition was regularly received," the report stated.

The Consulate General has maintained regular communication with the hospital to monitor their condition.

Earlier, a 55-year-old Uzbek citizen was killed in another traffic accident in the Tyumen region of Russia, while the 24-year-old truck driver sustained injuries.
