A tragic incident occurred on January 13 at a construction site in St. Petersburg, Russia, where a 30-year-old Uzbek worker fell from the 16th floor of a residential complex, leading to his death. The victim, identified as a Uzbek citizen, was working as a fitter at the site.

The worker’s body was found on the ground, and investigations suggest that the fall from the 16th floor resulted in his fatal injuries. The man had been residing in a carriage on the construction site. Authorities have seized several items, including four monitors, two system units, and a seat belt, as part of their investigation into the incident.

Currently, law enforcement agencies are considering whether to open a criminal case to further examine the circumstances surrounding the fall.

This incident follows a similar case in Russia, where a 20-year-old Uzbek worker tragically died after falling from the 14th floor. Investigations into that event are ongoing as well.
