Competition committee announces oversight of train inconveniences

Previously, multiple Uzbek artists voiced their grievances about the poor state of the passenger train, highlighting issues such as a malfunctioning cooling system and sand falling from the roof, which hindered breathing. The Competition Committee has since claimed to have addressed these problems.
Reports indicate that the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights has requested JSC "Uztemiryolyolovchi" to investigate and clarify these issues. The committee is reportedly in the process of conducting relevant studies on these matters.
"We would like to inform you that the aforementioned issues will be examined as part of these studies and are now under the committee's control. Further information on the study's findings will be provided," the report stated.
It is worth noting that JSC "Uztemiryolyolovchi" previously reported that the passenger cars were very old, and the cooling system, according to its technical specifications, was ineffective when the outside temperature exceeded 40 degrees Celsius.
