The competition committee fines “Korzinka”

10211Earlier, the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights announced it was investigating advertisements placed by the supermarket chain "Korzinka." Following this investigation, a fine was imposed on the supermarket chain, as reported by the committee.
According to the Committee's Special Commission on Consumer Rights Protection and Advertising Legislation Violations, "Anglesey Food" LLC, operating under the "Korzinka" brand, was found guilty and fined accordingly. The company was also instructed to rectify the advertising law violations within one month.
It is noted that any party dissatisfied with the decision of the authorized body has the right to appeal to the court.
It should be recalled that the Committee previously identified 20 billion soums of unjustified income received by cotton textile and oil-oil clusters.
