Prosecutor requests the court to sentence “Saidaziz medgorodok” to 20 years in prison

The court investigation in the case of Saidaziz Saidaliyev, known as "Saidaziz medgorodok," has concluded. This information was reported by QALAMPIR.UZ.

The prosecutor asserted that the charges against Saidaliyev were substantiated and requested a 20-year prison sentence.

Saidaziz Saidaliyev is charged under the following articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
- Article 242 (Establishment of a criminal association), Part 1;
- Article 243 (Legalization of proceeds from criminal activities);
- Article 165 (Extortion), Part 3, Clauses "a" and "v";
- Article 277 (Harassment), Part 2, Clauses "b" and "v";
- Article 168 (Fraud), Part 4, Clauses "a" and "v";
- Article 211 (Bribery), Part 3, Clauses "a" and "b";
- Article 277 (Harassment), charged under Clause "a" of Part 3.

It should be noted that on June 14, during the second court session regarding this criminal case, Saidaziz Saidaliyev partially confessed to the crime.
