8815According to a QALAMPIR.UZ source, the prosecutor has asked the court to impose prison sentences exceeding 10 years on the sons and brothers of "Bakhti Tashkentsky".
The case involving Bakhtiyor Qudratullayev, alias "Bakhti Tashkentsky" in criminal circles, and 36 others believed to be his associates, has been under review in the Yunusobod District Criminal Court since June 3. Recent updates indicate that the court has concluded its investigation and commenced discussions between the parties. The prosecutor has recommended various prison terms for the defendants based on their specific convictions. Among the defendants are Qudratullayev's two sons and his brother.

Bekzod Qudratullayevich Zafarov, the eldest son of Qudratullayev, has been charged with violations of Article 165 (Extortion), Part 3, Clause "v" and Article 168 (Fraud), Part 4, Clause "v" of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan. The prosecutor has requested an 11-year prison sentence for Bekzod Qudratullayev.
Ikhtiyor Gudratullaev is the youngest son of "Bakhti Tashkentsky".
Ikhtiyor Gudratullaev, 27, the younger son of Gudratullaev, faces charges under Article 165 (Extortion), Part 3, Clauses "a" and "v" of the Criminal Code. The prosecutor has confirmed his involvement in one episode of extortion.
The court confirmed that Ikhtiyor Gudratullaev committed crimes under Article 165 (Extortion), Part 3, Paragraphs "a" and "v". Considering his lack of prior convictions and the severity of his crimes, the prosecutor has requested a 12-year prison sentence, excluding the application of Article 57 (Lesser punishment) and Article 72 (Conditional sentencing). The prosecutor also recommended that he serve his sentence in a general regime colony.
Shuhrat Qudratullayev is the brother of "Bakhti Tashkentsky"
The public prosecutor has requested an 11-year prison sentence for Shuhrat Zafarovich Gudratullaev, the brother of "Bakhti Tashkentsky," on charges of extortion.
The prosecutor confirmed that Shuhrat Gudratullaev was guilty under Article 165 (Extortion) of the Criminal Code. Since Gudratullaev was on parole in 2017 with an unserved sentence, the prosecutor requested he be declared a dangerous recidivist under Article 34 (Recidivism) and sentenced to 11 years in prison.
It should be noted that the state prosecutor confirmed charges against Bakhtiyor Gudratullaev, including Article 242 (Organization of a criminal association), Article 165 (Extortion), Article 168 (Fraud), Article 104 (Deliberate grievous bodily harm), Article 109 (Intentional minor bodily harm), and Article 276 (Illegal handling of narcotics). Considering the lack of mitigating circumstances, Gudratullaev was found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison under Article 59 of the Criminal Code. Due to the multiple offenses and under Article 34, "Bakhti Tashkentsky" was declared a highly dangerous recidivist, and it was recommended that he serve his sentence in a special colony.
