The president provides good news to entrepreneurs

Hereinafter, only the court can abolish decisions on the allocation of land and property.  This was stated by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on 22 August, during an open dialogue with entrepreneurs.

The president addressed the issue of protection of property rights of entrepreneurs and noted that from now on, the annulment of decisions on the allocation of land and property will be carried out only in a judicial manner.

"I would like to take this opportunity to draw the attention of all governors to one question - they are not allowed to cancel decisions on property rights”, - Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.

That is, only the court can invalidate the title document.

The president also touched upon another practice that frustrates businessmen - the confiscating of property during the investigation.

Over the past three years, twice as much as the property was reported to have been confiscated than resulting damage (1.5 trillion soms).

Now the validity of each complaint will be examined by the court, and only the court will decide.

"I think there will be justice," - the Head of State said.
