President Mirziyoyev talks to “Arqadag”

When the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Ashgabat, he held a meeting with the Chairman of the People’s Consultative Assembly of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. This was reported by the President’s press service.
It is noted that during the meeting, it was noted that multifaceted relations between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan are rapidly developing, and the strategic partnership of the countries is consistently strengthening.
Also, during the conversation, practical cooperation in trade, industry, energy, agriculture and water management, transport and other priority areas was discussed.
In addition, the leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan exchanged views on regional issues and considered the plan of future events.
