“Arkadag” presents Mirziyoyev with a camel and a calf

On August 22, as part of the cultural program of his working visit to Turkmenistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, together with National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the People’s Council Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, visited a special area near the Avaza Congress Center. This was reported by the press service of the President of Uzbekistan.

The high-level guests attended a performance featuring Akhal-Teke horses by the Galkynysh national equestrian team.

As a gesture of deep respect for the people of Uzbekistan, Berdimuhamedov presented Mirziyoyev with a camel and a calf, traditional symbols of abundance and prosperity.

Earlier, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov had also presented Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with a horse named Taus on behalf of Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Turkmen people.
