A fire erupted at the “Poytakht” business center in Tashkent today, February 9, according to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Reportedly, the Department of Emergency Situations received notification of a fire at the former "Poytakht" business center in the Yunusabad district, currently undergoing reconstruction.
Subsequently, four fire-rescue teams arrived on-site at 11:43 a.m. and managed to extinguish the flames by 11:51 a.m. The fire primarily consumed construction materials within the building, with no reported injuries or fatalities.
"The cause of the fire and the extent of the material damage are under investigation," stated the ministry.
