The asset spans 24.1 hectares, with a built-up area of 83,332.73 square meters and a useful area of 24,262.57 square meters. It's currently part of the state unitary enterprise "Municipal Asset Management Center."

To privatize the club, a tailored strategy project will be chosen for football club development and international practices introduction. For installment sales with an initial payment below 35%, annual interest is applied to the remaining amount at the Central Bank's main rate.
If only one offer is received in the initial stage, sales are considered incomplete. Offers with a payment period exceeding one month are evaluated based on the current value.
After the auction, a sales contract is drafted with the winner by a governmental agency, and mortgage money paid during the auction is considered part of the state asset purchase payment.
The winner's purchase price at the end of asset sales won't receive any discount. If the auction winner declines the contract or withdraws, the paid mortgage money won't be refunded.
The state commission may halt the sale at its discretion, seeking additional information from applicants during the process.
