Yesterday, April 29, three minors were returned to Uzbekistan, accompanied by employees of the "Altufyevo" social rehabilitation center in Moscow, Russia. This was reported by the National Agency for Social Protection.

The return of the children was made possible through coordinated cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the National Agency for Social Protection under the President.

Upon their return, the children were provided with all necessary support at the Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors under the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs. Medical examinations and psychological support have been promptly initiated.

"The "Inson" social service centers have identified the children's close relatives and have taken appropriate measures to reunite them with their families," the report stated.

For context, from 2024 to the present, more than 40 minor citizens of Uzbekistan have been brought back to the republic and reintegrated into their families.

It is also worth noting that earlier, in the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation, an 11-year-old boy, whose parents died in a traffic accident involving two cars, was also returned to Uzbekistan.
