In Nukus, individuals who promised enrollment in the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute were apprehended

Fraudsters who assured enrollment at the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute were apprehended, according to a report from the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor's Office.

It has been noted that during a prompt operation conducted by the Khorezm regional department and Hazorasp district department of the department, in collaboration with the staff of the Internal Affairs Bodies, G.Kh., and Ch.R. were involved. G.Kh. had promised to secure admission for Kh.B. to the preschool education department of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute through his contacts. They were apprehended with physical evidence after receiving $2,750 for this purported "service."

“In connection with this case, a criminal investigation has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code, and investigations are ongoing,” the report states.

It is noteworthy that a similar fraudster who attempted to secure admission to a law university was apprehended earlier.
