About 40 individuals sustained injuries due to a gas cylinder explosion during the Nowruz celebration event

Social media reports indicated that a gas cylinder detonated during the Nowruz festivity in the Kokdala district of Kashkadarya region. To clarify the incident, QALAMPIR.UZ reached out to Hayot Shamsutdinov, the spokesperson for the Prosecutor General's Office.
Shamsutdinov stated that on March 18, at 12:00, a citizen named Sh.B. had a gas cylinder explode while cooking fish products on a "gas stove" connected to a 20-liter gas cylinder.
Consequently, 37 individuals in the vicinity sustained varying degrees of injuries and were subsequently transported to the hospital. Following medical examinations, 13 individuals were discharged as they showed no signs of injury.
Investigations are underway regarding this matter.
It's worth mentioning that three Indian nationals were injured in a separate gas explosion incident in Fergana.
