A new chairman is appointed to the court of Navoi region

A new chairman has been appointed to the court of the Navoi region, as reported by the Supreme Council of Judges. Abdulla Saydullayevich Allayev has assumed the position of chairman of the Navoi regional court for a five-year term. In connection with this appointment, he resigned from the position of deputy chairman of the court of the Bukhara region, where he served as the chairman of the trial panel on criminal cases.

Additionally:

•    Yalgashev Ghiyasiddin Tulkinovich has been appointed as the deputy chairman of the Navoi Regional Court and chairman of the trial commission for criminal cases for a period of five years.
•    Ilyasjon Yakubjonovich Usmanov has been appointed to the position of deputy chairman of the Bukhara regional court and chairman of the trial panel on criminal cases for the duration of his term as a judge.

As per the relevant decree of the President and based on their written applications, Khamidulla Nasimovich Kudratov has been dismissed from the post of Chairman of the Navoi Regional Court, and Abdumannon Muradovich Shaydoyev, the Deputy Chairman of the Navoi Regional Court, has been relieved of his duties as the Chairman of the Trial Panel for Criminal Cases.
