The information circulating on social networks alleges that an employee at the Beruni metro station in Tashkent instructed men and women to form separate queues.  In response, the Metropolitan Service has addressed this situation.

According to their statement, this information is entirely false, and the employee in question, who serves under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was simply carrying out his duties to maintain public order near the cash register, as instructed by his position.  The Metropolitan Service assures the public that appropriate measures will be taken to address the matter.

Furthermore, passengers are kindly requested not to propagate such misleading information among themselves, as those found responsible for spreading false details will face legal consequences in accordance with the law.
