A young man faced consequences for flirting with an unfamiliar woman aboard an electric train on the Chilonzor route of the Tashkent city metro. The Tashkent city courts provided this information to QALAMPIR.UZ.
The incident occurred on April 1st at 14:10. A.N., born in 2003, touched the lower part of the woman's body without her consent, resulting in a sexual assault.
A.N. admitted to his wrongdoing, expressing remorse and pledging not to repeat such actions in the future, and appealed for leniency from the court.
As per the court ruling, the defendant was found guilty of an offense under Part 1 of Article 41 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, leading to a 5-day administrative detention. Additionally, A.N. was instructed to pay 255,000 soums for the benefit of the Special Reception of HDIA of Tashkent city as a fine for food.
