Teacher beats 2 students in classroom in Khorezm

A video showing a school teacher hitting two students in a Khorezm classroom has been widely shared on social media. The Press Service of the Regional Preschool and School Education Department has addressed the incident.
The event reportedly occurred on May 23 at general secondary school No. 6 in the Tuproqqal’a district during a geography lesson for 6th-grade students.
In the video, the teacher is seen scolding two students for talking during the lesson and then striking them on the back and shoulders.
Following the incident, the teacher submitted a voluntary resignation and was dismissed from their position.
This incident follows a similar case in Andijan where a kindergarten nurse was filmed hitting two children.
