Driver in Kokand was penalized for driving with leg out of car window (video)

In the Fergana region, authorities have taken action against the driver and passengers who were seen with their legs hanging out of a moving vehicle. This was reported by the Department of Road Safety of the regional DIA.
In the first incident, a passenger in the back seat of a Nexia car was spotted with his leg sticking out of the window.
"My friend dislocated his leg while I was driving my Nexia. I didn’t notice it. Administrative measures have been taken, and we won't repeat this," the driver stated.
In another incident in the city of Kokand, the driver of a Matiz car was observed driving with his leg out of the window. Administrative measures were also taken against this individual.
For reference, according to clause 11 of the current traffic rules, it is prohibited to remove body parts (except hands) from the car interior while driving. Violating this rule results in a fine equivalent to one base calculation amount (340,000 soums).
As a reminder, delinquent drivers in the Fergana region who organized motorcades for a friend's wedding were also previously brought to justice.
