5 people died in a car accident in Karakalpakstan (video)

5 people died as a result of an accident between a Nexia-3 and a truck at the meeting of citizens of the "Jasliq" village of Kungirot district.  This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

It is noted that the Nexia-3 driver was travelling along the highway A-380 "Guzor-Bukhara-Nukus-Beyneu" from the Jasliq assembly of citizens of the settlement center of Kungirot district in the direction of Kungirot district.  At 960-961 kilometers of this road, he lost control of the vehicle. As a result, the car collided with a Mercedes-Benz truck moving in the opposite direction.

People who witnessed the incident also confirmed that 5 people died as a result of the incident. Two of them were men and three were women.

In connection with the situation, the Investigative Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan is currently conducting a criminal case under Article 266, Section 3 "a" of the Criminal Code (violation of the safety rules of the movement of vehicles or their use, which caused the death of people). The investigation is underway.
