Nexia car split in two after an accident in Kashkadarya. One fatality was reported

A Nexia car was involved in a collision with a Gentra in the Nishon district of the Kashkadarya region, resulting in a tragic traffic accident. The incident occurred on October 14 at 18:20, as reported by the Regional Traffic Safety Department.

The accident took place on the 4R-89 highway, which runs from Karshi to Nishon and Tallimarjon-GRES. Preliminary investigations indicate that the driver of the Nexia violated overtaking rules, veering into the lane of the oncoming Gentra and resulting in a collision.

Tragically, the driver of the Nexia succumbed to serious injuries at the scene. Passengers in the vehicle were hospitalized with various injuries.

Images shared on social media show the Nexia split in two, with the rear section severely damaged.

In a related incident, a pedestrian was killed earlier this month in a road traffic accident at Kamchik Pass. The accident occurred on the A-373 "Tashkent-Osh" highway in the Pop district of the Namangan region. A Toyota Prado, driven by a 38-year-old, struck a pedestrian crossing the road at an unmarked location, resulting in the death of the 28-year-old pedestrian on the spot due to severe injuries.
