A man drags a woman by her hair and pushes her into a canal

In Kashkadarya, an incident occurred where a man dragged a woman by her hair and pushed her into a canal in the Karshi district of the Kashkadarya region. This was reported in the "Millar" program.

The incident took place on July 23 of this year in the "Jumabozor" neighborhood of Karshi district. According to the victim, she and her friend were returning from a party late at night. When they stopped their car, it did not stop, and a man known to them approached and violently dragged the woman.

The woman stated that she had jewelry worth 2 million soums and a phone worth 1,500,000 soums with her at the time. The man forcefully tried to rape her and tore her clothes during the assault.

Furthermore, the woman reported that the man who attacked her was under the influence of alcohol and had been smoking. He claimed that he was not drunk and only wanted to go home to consume the vodka he had in his hand.

The chairman of the Jumabozor neighborhood, where the incident occurred, stated that the situation has been brought under control and emphasized that night parties are not suitable for women.

According to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kashkadarya region, investigations are ongoing, and the man who attacked the woman has been arrested.
