Woman kills her husband and disposes of his body in a well in Kashkadarya

A woman in the Guzor district of the Kashkadarya region has been accused of killing her husband and disposing of his body by throwing it into a well. This information was reported by Abdurahmon Tashanov, the Chairman of the "Ezgulik" Human Rights Society.
According to the report, the deceased was approximately 40 years old, and his body has been taken for examination.
QALAMPIR.UZ reached out to Hayot Shamsutdinov, the spokesperson for the General Prosecutor's Office, for further details regarding the incident. Shamsutdinov confirmed that a criminal case has been initiated against the woman under Article 97 of the Criminal Code (Deliberate Murder). An investigation is currently ongoing.
It is also worth noting that, in a previous case in Samarkand, a 32-year-old woman who tied her intoxicated husband's limbs, doused him in gasoline, and set him on fire was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
