Illegal gas cylinder bunker discovered in Kashkadarya (video)

In Dehqanabad district, Kashkadarya region, 100 household gas cylinders meant for residents were stolen, according to "Hududgaztaminot" JSC.

Compliance control officers from "Hududgaz Kashkadarya", working with law enforcement, conducted inspections to uncover violations in the supply of liquefied gas.

On December 12, N.B., a plumber-serviceman from the district's liquefied gas service, and A.N., a special vehicle driver, were caught stealing 100 gas cylinders designated for residents of "Togaytemir" neighborhood. The cylinders were found in the home of resident B.Kh., where they were being emptied into a hidden bunker. Upon further inspection, authorities discovered an additional 101 empty gas cylinders in the apartment.

A report was filed, and documents were forwarded to law enforcement and fire services for further action.

Previously, similar incidents were reported in the Fergana region, where illegal gas storage bunkers were discovered, preventing the theft of 414 gas cylinders.
