Guterres's official visit to Uzbekistan ends 

On July 1, the official visit of United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to Uzbekistan ended. This was reported by the Prime Minister's press secretary.

At the Tashkent International Airport, the high-ranking guest was seen off by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, and other officials.

We remind you that yesterday, on June 30, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres came to Uzbekistan on an official visit at the invitation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. On July 1, ACWA Power Riverside Solar's solar photovoltaic power plant, with a capacity of 200 megawatts in the Yuqori Chirchiq district of the Tashkent region, was introduced to him. Also, Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with Antonio Guterres at the Koksaroy residence. In addition, a ceremony was held to award one of the highest state awards of Uzbekistan - the Order of "High-Level Friendship" - for services in strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UN.
