The resort Sijjak in Bustanlyk district of the Tashkent region has been put up for sale. This is reported by the Agency of Management of State Assets.

The sale of State property will be carried out in two stages:
In the first stage, candidates are qualified in advance (selection);
In the second stage, commercial proposals of the applicant (purchase price and payment term), the amount of collateral (at least 5% of the price offer) and solvency are evaluated.

It is noted that the total area of the complex, including buildings and constructions, is 5.38 hectares.

The resort was previously on sale twice: in June 2020 and April 2021.

For reference, the resort belonged to Gulnara Karimova, the eldest daughter of the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov. The resort has a hotel, several swimming pools, amphitheater, cottage and other facilities. The resort was sanctioned on 10 February 2017 by the Tashkent Regional Court for Criminal Cases.

It was later planned that the camp would be used by the Triathlon Federation of Uzbekistan as a training base. Later, the draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers was elaborated.
