5321A 13-year-old boy was electrocuted by high voltage in the Baghdad district of Fergana region, according to the "Millar" program.
The incident occurred on October 28 of this year. The boy, a 7th-grade student at General Education School No. 61 in the Baghdad district, climbed on top of a train car to take a selfie in an unmarked area.
"The child’s condition was critical. After receiving initial treatment, he was rushed to the intensive care unit. He suffered burns from the electric current covering about 50% of his face, neck, chest, abdomen, arms, and thighs. Additionally, he was diagnosed with a closed brain injury and concussion. His condition is now gradually improving," said the attending physician.
This incident follows a similar tragedy in the Uchkoprik district of Fergana, where schoolchildren were also electrocuted while attempting to take selfies on top of train cars.
