Uncovering the ownership of the Fergana gas station that exploded

The gas station in Fergana city, where a devastating explosion occurred on December 17, is being demolished. This was reported by the regional Emergency Situations Department.

The gas station, which is no longer in operation, is being dismantled at the request of the entrepreneur. The demolition aims to protect the population and prevent potential future emergencies.

To recall, on December 17, an explosion at the gas station claimed the lives of four citizens and left several others injured. According to the regional health department, at approximately 14:00 on the day of the incident, 13 victims were transported to the Fergana branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Assistance. One individual was declared dead upon arrival and sent for forensic examination.

By 15:00 on December 17, two patients were in the pediatric intensive care unit with severe burns covering 90% of their bodies and upper respiratory tract injuries. Despite receiving medical care, they succumbed to their injuries.

Three patients were admitted to the neurosurgical intensive care unit with burns covering 70-90% of their bodies. Their condition remains critical. Additionally, a woman in the intensive care unit died at 23:25 despite resuscitation efforts and was sent for forensic examination.

Four other patients are currently receiving treatment for burns covering 20% of their bodies. Their condition is stable and moderately severe.

Three individuals, treated for minor burns, were discharged and are recovering at home.

Currently, six patients remain under the care of specialists from the capital at the hospital.
